General Policies
- Check in: 4:00 PM Eastern Time
- Check out: 11:00 AM Eastern Time
- Smoking is restricted to outdoors only.
- Pets are regrettably not allowed.
- Large parties or gatherings are not allowed at any of our properties.
- Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Minimum stays vary per property, and all rentals are subject to a 6% Michigan Sales Tax.
- Rates and fees are subject to change without notice.
- Each property is equipped with a Ring doorbell on the front exterior of the home. We do not have any other AI device (such as Alexa) indoors.
- Do not leave fire pits or fire place unattended and extinguish fire fully when done.
- For stays at Endless Blue in South Haven: Homeowner associations have their own set of rules. Guests are responsible to comply with those rules and conditions. This applies to Endless Blue only. Tram and Stair association rules and bylaws are posted at the property.
- Owner is not responsible for maintenance on stair or tram access at West Winds (public stairs) or Endless Blue (association stairs or trams). Guest acknowledges that owner does not control nor guarantee access to lake via trams or stairs and that no refunds are offered for lack of access.
- Reservations and Payments. Reservations require major credit card. 50% of reservation is due upon booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations. Cancellations 30 or more from check in are fully refundable. Cancellations 14-30 days within arrival are 50% refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded.
